I'm John Dockery. Engineer, musician, and thinker based in New York City.

I spent time at Amazon and One Medical working on virtual care and patient experience, and I've worked across a variety of startups building care delivery platforms. More recently, my work has focused on the intersection of large language models and clinical systems, designing autonomous agent architectures for healthcare workflows and developing novel approaches to synthetic patient data generation for training and evaluation. The thread through all of it is making healthcare work better through software.

Outside of work, I'm a musician, a cook, and someone who spends a probably unreasonable amount of time outdoors and building lamps.
